Houston police chief excoriates McConnell, Cornyn and Cruz on gun violence

This chief is the same idiot who is claiming that the police had a legitimate reason to execute two people during a no-knock warrant where the detective made everything up for the warrant, and who has now been charged with murder (state) and violating civil rights (federal), over his objections.

This idiot actually thinks that an Act of Congress would have prevented the shooting of a Police Officer by a criminal.
