Ive heard that pets (ie: dogs, cats) have a 3 months quarantine time before being released back to the owners? Can anyone confirm or deny?

There isn't a quarantine for pets in Germany, as long as you have a multilingual health certificate from a certified vet no older than 10 days from when you land. And updated shots that are at least 30 days old when you arrive. And a microchip.

you'll need to get with the vet office on post get the animals pet passports.,... then make sure their shots and meds are up to date... talk with the vets on post they can give you the best answers... i took two dogs to Italy and didn't get quarantined at all... but i had everything up to date... i also had to get their pet passports stamped... i also had to pay around a 140 euro to import them.

There is no quarantine time for normal pets. There are restrictions for some exotics. Contact your base Veteranarian as there are specific times that certain evaluations need to be complete prior to DEROS. Thank you for your service.
