Final out day is today and staff duty tomorrow. Am I released from that duty after I completely clear post today?

Once you clear the post you are free to go. In fact, once you begin clearing you are not supposed to have any duties during your clearing time.

It would be dumb to have you on any duty roster since you've had your final out. When do you sign out on leave?

Might want to talk with your NCOs about this. Perhaps someone had a brainfart about updating the DA 6.

Sounds likely, if I get a straight answer I will share so others know. I'm guessing its command discretion. But I dont know

WO1 (Join to see) - Worst case scenario, is that you still have to pull the duty. But, if you final out today and your PCS leave starts tomorrow.....then guess who isn't pulling duty......At least, if you were my troop, I would send someone else in your stead.
