True. In the very first days of the travel ban of China, President Trump ordered that the Americans "trapped" in China were NOT to be brought back to the U.S. for fear of further spread. Against the orders of the POTUS, a State Department flunkie continued with the charter of several contracted aircraft to bring the infected Americans back to the U.S. His reasoning was that the charter had already been paid for, so why not just go through with it. This flunkie is responsible for defying the POTUS, and likely initiating the spread of C19 across the nation. I have tried to find the original story, but it has apparently been "scrubbed" from the Internet.
