This seems to be a reoccurring theme, intelligence warned Congress in plenty of time about the riot; and then in front of the camaras the President and Speaker say: No, they didn’t receive any intelligence. This brings to mind an old dating: It’s better to keep you mouth closed and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt.
