Another step towards ending veteran homelessness. I have to wonder, how the money is going to be put to use and how many homeless vets are in ND.

The VA is spending 300 million dollars across the states on this program in 2017. I hope the bulk of it actually ends up helping vets rather than simply supporting the admin overhead of the various charity organizations that are receiving this money.
