When I was in the USMC I was in an Artillery Unit. D 2/12 we were attached to 2/11 at Camp Pendelton, CA I was there from 1989 to 1992 went to Gulf War with them. Looking for old members. It appears that the Unit may no longer exist. Anyone have more info on that unit's present state?

SFC Dennis Leber: WRT 2/12 The Battalion was deactivated after Desert Storm due to cutbacks and Defense Draw-downs. A couple of the 2/12 Btry's were transfered to 11th Marines giving the 11th Marines Battalions and additional Btry. I'm unsure if Delta was apart of that transfer?...12th Marines currently sports Two Battalions and a HQ command..ofcourse 1/12 is located at K-Bay, Hawaii and 3/12 is in Okinawa as well as the 12th Marines Headquarters Command....Hope this helps...Semper Fi.

Thanks for the info. Being in that unit allowed me to be part of all 4 USMC divisions. When at 11th Marines was part of first MarDiv, then we got deployed to OK I, so got to be part of Second MarDiv, then we deployed to Gulf War and supported 10th Marines so that was the third MarDiv. When I got out I went it the reserves and was of course part of the Fourth MarDiv.
