Sounds like the 3 top individuals had a major malfunction.

If I were evaluating it I would look into who made these appointments/promotions and the criteria used... and who established the criteria. It appears we have some very serious problems that need to be addressed, and addressed quickly before everything is in the toilet. MHOs
