IMO this is temporary. Companies are developing their Distribution Networks and Politicians are trying to figure out how to get in the action. Once Politicians find their cut of the pie Cannabis sales (legal) will outpace the Blackmarket. Same goes at the Federal Level. Marlboro didn’t just invest $1.8 Billion in Altria for that to go “up in smoke”. Once Politicians get their cut we will see Cannabis legalization and will be sold by Big Tobacco to be followed by alcohol companies.
