Okay, just got orders to Ft Campbell arriving in June. Buying a house in Clarksville or Hopkinsville... what are my cost to benefit ratios?

Hopkinsville I would say is a little on the low end of price and quality, farther from base as well. Clarksville has some pretty nice homes, specifically along Tiny town road. Also, look into Oak Grove (right outside post), they were building a bunch of new homes that scaled pretty cheap if you bought.

DO they still have the pink elephant with glasses on Tiny Town Rd? its been 17 years since I left FT Campbell and that sucker was there like forever.

Clarksville would be my advise I was stationed there my last duty station and lived out in the county and loved it
