Your units admin office can provide you the application. That’s what I did back in the late 70’s. You’ll be more competitive if you already have already completed your undergrad degree. There was an interview process at the local level before the application is forwarded to the Dept of the Army. The entire process should be outlined in the application packet.

I just submitted my OCS Packet to HRC on the 22nd of July, I do recommend waiting/looking for the most recent MILPER message for your OCS submission/board dates. Link up with your S1 and they should be able to help you out. Recommend getting the medical portion of your packet done first. That takes the longest. I also would consider waiting a year before submitting a packet. I've been at my unit for a little over a year before I applied. This will allow you to develop a stronger relationship with your leadership, which will aid you in getting those LORs.
