"Heavy Rain in Nation's Capitol Region" - *groan* Yeah ... I know. Not looking forward to walking the dogs. Yes, I've turned into a wimp in my older days.

My philosophy has changed from "If it ain't raining, it ain't training" to "I don't need to train to be miserable. It will come naturally."

I love rain particularly, it is a way dissociate from severe childhood abuse. Rain was or is a way to cope.
