To be considered for this position, you must be a U.S. citizen and have a Bachelor's degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or a related natural science major with a minimum of 24 semester hours of credit in meteorology/atmospheric science.

In addition, you must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in meteorology, with a minimum of three years leading a meteorological forecasting, warning, and weather service program.
