It is my understanding this isn’t going to happen. During a trial run a bunch of the smart garbage cans were seen on the highway headed to Nevada.

The city has gone stark raving mad. I think it was Marie Antoinette who said "Let them eat cake" when told the poor didn't have bread. Well in San Francisco the mayor is "designer trash for everyone". Lunacy.
