How soon will I pcs to a different duty station after I reenlist ?

I enlisted for a 2 year contract and soon my reenlistment window opens and I want to reenlist with a different duty station. How soon will I PCS to a different duty station when I reenlist?

Depends on multiple factors. I’ve typically seen between 6-12 months. You also have to consider current time on station requirements. They change often, so look into that as well.

Whenever the report date is for the location you choose. It must be at least two years after you’ve arrived at your current duty station

I’m still trying to figure out how they have 2 year contracts for riggers? Once your two year mark on station hits you should be clear to move on. With 90 days of that- COVID dependent.
