How can I find information on an Army incident were my uncle was killed (PFC James Birnie Brewster Jr. from NJ)?

He was E-3, Company C, 35th Trans BN, 3rd Infantry Division. He was killed in an accident involving his armored vehicle while on maneuvers 3 Sep 1959. I believe he was in Schweinfurt, Germany. Is there any way to find the report, or someone who may have known him?
