Great article and fantastic share.
I have been using those same techniques since 1987. Although, at the time I stumbled on it by accident. Visualization is something that should be taught to everyone. It definitely has applications in both the military and law enforcement. But as the article mentioned, it can also be used to great effects in everyday life.
