BLC gives you a outline of a resume in the format that they want you to complete it.
Take your time and write the resume, use peer review. You have all the tools needed to complete your resume.

USAJOBS has an outline for a federal resume, which is what I assume you are using.

SGT(P) (Join to see) B117 lesson folder on your Blackboard should give you everything you need on this... Part of being a good NCO is knowing where to find the info, how to use and when you reach out for guidance. Hope this helps you out.
