If you need to add additional documents DFAS has requested, do you need to open up a new ticket?

If you need to add additional documents dfas asked for, do you need to open up a new ticket? and fill out and re attach everything like the first time? or can you just send it with the files that they asked for?

I am really, really hoping someone told you to keep a complete copy of the whole packet before you sent it in. This may be a surprise but sometimes things get lost.

Should just be able to mail back the forms. There's a trouble ticket or CMS case already open and unresolved so he shouldn't need to submit a new one.

I figured it out.
When Dfas ask for additional document your current ticket is closed and you can reopen the same ticket and add additional document to that ticket.
