CPT (Join to see) Thank you... some incarcerated are there because of multiple DUI's. Had I not quit drinking 40 years ago come April 12th(my last drink)... I may have ended up there as well. There are TOO MANY Veterans there when they should be in a substance abuse rehabilitation... possibly due to life experiences in the military.
