Responsible for the successful management and implementation of a System Project. System Projects are traditionally large conveyor systems used within distribution Centers or Manufacturing Facilities. PMs utilize their knowledge of the best practices of Project Management, discipline, connections, and Hytrol acumen to ensure a successful project. The PM works cross functionally across the Hytrol organization to manage various projects simultaneously and seamlessly. The PM achieves this goal through meticulous record keeping and monitoring, in addition to standardized workflows and communication templates. The PM primarily interfaces with the Integration Partner/Customer, the System Project Team, and Hytrol leadership as required. The PM reports to the Manager of Project Management. The PM is expected to travel as required by the project to assist Integration Partners/Customer with on-site integration.

Essential Job Functions:

Review Distributor orders & drawings, evaluating system requirements, performance and acceptance criteria.
Direct and drive projects through planning to completion.
Establish Hytrol project team, schedule design review with distributor project Manager and Hytrol project team.
Facilitate project team meetings internally and externally as needed to keep the project on tract.
Monitor project performance.
Develop project shipment sequence & schedule and coordinate the established schedule with Hytrol Central Planning and Shipping Team.
Document and drive project communications.
Proactively solve problems before critical status is reached.
Create project documentation (project kick-off presentation, Test Criteria, project reports, etc.)
Drive product improvement suggestions from strong customer relationships.
Participate in monthly project review meetings to inform Hytrol leadership of project needs and status.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience. Material handling experience preferred, 2+ years technical experience, proficiency on relevant CAD systems (HyCAD, Auto CAD,etc.) Exemplary with MS Office and proficiency with project management and tracking software (MS Project, etc.)
