Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented LSC Project Manager to join our team in one of several locations across Northern Virginia. The team responds to a variety of customer requirements with a focus on providing productive and collaborative computer workspace (new or renovated) to support dynamic mission requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leads multiple IT Installation Projects; develops the strategy for project execution
Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met
At senior level may employ scrum master technicquest in Agile development practices
Solves a range of straight forward problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
Receives moderate level of guidance and direction
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance and training for new project managers
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Explains information to others in straightforward situations
Ensures project plan is updated regularly with project status with regards to equipment, resources, schedule and risks
Engages LSC Project Lead or LSC Lead to help resolve schedule conflicts, equipment or resource constraints
Monitoring customer satisfaction which includes interaction with customers and staff.
Collaborating with Engineering, Service Delivery, and customer engagement teams to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
Developing, maintaining, and updating SOPs, WI, processes, and procedures.
Supporting KPIs by making recommendations, developing, and supporting initiatives to reduce project costs and enhance customer experience (automation, equipment, tools, technology, process, training, etc.).
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience developing project budgets utilizing service catalogs.
Demonstrated experience managing projects in a WCF environment.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions and work with customer in providing resolution.
Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission.
Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.
Expertise, training, and actual work experience with specific, systems and technologies.
Communicates complex concepts.
BA/BS and two (2) years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct knowledge of the customer’s operational environment, including (but not limited to) ticketing systems, desktop technologies, corporate applications, access administration, and voice and video infrastructure.
ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITMB
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
Must be able to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Must be able to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
Resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone or self-service that involve computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Meeting contractual performance criteria.
Responsible for team meeting contractual performance criteria.
