Overview of Position
The Field Technician is responsible for on-site installation, servicing, and repairs for the Company’s Care Stations across the country. Daily tasks can range from installation of new care stations at client locations, performing computer network repair, equipment troubleshooting, and related tasks. This role will require travel to client locations to lead installations, repairs, and/or provide general support.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Install and repair care station structure at client locations.
Install and configure devices within care stations including computers, cameras, and medical diagnostic devices.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate/coordinate with the Company’s technical team in Tampa to resolve onsite issues.
Document all work performed and provide detailed project status.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned by management at their discretion from time to time.
Physical Demands
The Field Technician may be required to stand for prolonged periods of time. The position requires manual dexterity; walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, and climbing, Ability to safely lift and transport at least 50 pounds.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, clients, vendors, and peers.
Experience in framing, construction, and electrical assembly work.
Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Must have basic math skills.
Ability to utilize various hand tools and power tools, including measuring devices.

Education & Experience
Proficient computer skills, proven field-service experience, and mechanical experience required.
Building code knowledge a plus
Must be able to travel at least 50% annually to client locations.
