Will not having my background check complete due to a pending case affect my ship date?

As I know there is a pending case with the court and they want all LPR finish their background check before they are eligible to ship for basic training. I have my ship date at the end of February. I'm wondering would that affect my ship date? Thank you

I do BIs as a contractor for DOD. It will depend on any issues in your background and the level of your cooperation. Contact your Recruiter.

Most likely yes I had a friend that took him 1 1/2 to get cleared from court and for all the paperwork to go through
