I know pregnant females will get discharged if the come up pregnant during IET status, but is it a dishonorable discharge? Keep in mind it’s not from another person in training, my husband came to visit the other weekend while I was allowed off post.

You have to do something legitimately dishonorable to get a dishonorable discharge - rape, murder, treason, etc.
You might not even get separated, medic AIT isn't that long. The other MOS's at you school have year long training and that's why they get separated.

Definitely not a dishonorable discharge. And if you can finish school before you have the baby, you might get to stay in if you wish.
