Am I eligible for TLA as a new accession onto active duty?

Long story short....im a reserve TPU Soldier, Resident of Hawaii. Currently on CO-ADOS orders since Feb 2018. I will be going Regular Army (Component 1) and have a report date to Fort Irwin on August 30th. Am I eligible for the 10 days of TLA since I'm coming onto active duty as opposed to PCS'ing?
