I've tried googling it and getting mixed responses. Does anyone know?

Yes, you will get it. Like people have said below, much more cut and dry if you have dependents but as long as you can prove that you have a home that you actively own/mortgage/rent while away at BOLC, you will receive your BAH. Your "host" unit when you report to BOLC should have their S-1 or DA Civilian explain everything in more detail during your Finance brief.

If you have dependents, yes. If you do not, it gets more muddled, but you should so long as you have a domicile you maintain at the time of the TDY for training.

But BOQ fees eat it up, just like Mess bill at OOM eats up BAS and more if you drink adult beverages.
