I am considering transitioning from Active duty to AGR. Would I be able to apply for a Green to Gold ADO as an Active Guard Reservist?
If not, will I still receive my active duty entitlements as an AGR-ist and apply for hip to pocket scholarship ?

Doesn't work that way. You wanna do Green to Gold, stay Active Duty and apply for it IOT get the Army to pay for it.

No and no.
If you want to go to college on the Army's time and Army's dime, stay active duty.
If you have a pressing reason to go AGR, you will be doing college on your own time after duty hours, and looking for other ways to pay for it without ROTC.
