Why isn't this being discussed? I want to know how both parties plan to curb the amount of violence in our cities. Gun control is not the answer because these domestic terrorists are not using legally obtained guns.

It's just another ploy to keep people thinking being uneducated and on assistance is a good thing. That way they believe they are in control of a voting block. Unfortunately for them those people are waking up and looking at Trump as someone they can vote for.

No one on a federal level ever addresses it. With the amount of money the feds pour into these cities they should be able to take action. I completely understand states rights etc. but someone has to do something.
I can remember watching movies at church about gangs in the 60's and early 70's. This is not a new problem.
