Who will you be thinking of? What will you remember them for? What would you want others to know about their life, their service, or their importance to you?

Please share. We'll try to use this thread to celebrate your stories this holiday.

All those who have gone before me and since who have paid the ultimate price for the freedoms we, as Americans, enjoy and often take for granted. God Bless them all.

I'm a Blue Star Mother. We think of ALL the Gold Star families and the ones they lost. I've been blessed. I haven't lost family members but there's a name on the black bracelet my son wears. I think of him because he was a friend of my son.
