A couple things:
1. YES - the Army Reserve has Drill Sergeants
2. YES - the curriculum is the same as for Active Duty
3. YES - you can split the Drill Sergeant Academy into two phases of about 30 days each OR just go for the brass ring and do the entire POI in one shot.
4. YES - RC Drill Segeants support all BCT/AIT/OSUT posts
5. YES - Being a Drill Sergeant is one of the most rewarding jobs the Army has to offer, in addition to being a HUGE career accelerant. Once you've got that hat and badge, there's no question in anyone's mind about who you are or what you do for a living.
6. YES - You can do as many years as a Drill Sergeant as you want. Your ATs are usually trail time someplace.
7. YES - Feel free to contact me with any questions, whether you're coming to my unit or not.
