Will I still be allowed to do rotc if I extended for another year?

I am currently a Drill Sergeant and extended for a 3rd year in order complete an ROTC packet, I know that school in Lacey, WA starts in AUG of 2023. I have an AEA code of 5/20231130, does this mean that I am locked in until that date and will not be able to PCS and ultimately be accepted into the program for the school year or is there a work around?

I am pretty sure if you get accepted into the Active Duty Option Green to Gold, the Army will PCS you to the school location. With the Green to Gold scholarship and non-scholarship options, you actually are discharged from the Army for those programs. Reach out to Cadet Command's Green to Gold office to clarify or join their Facebook group.

When I went to ROTC, I got credit for the first two years because I as in the army as a 05B4H. H was instructor, so got credit for 1st semester of junior year. Ended up only
having to do last 3 semesters and advanced camp. For the first time in the army, I learned from my TAC officer that the purpose of shoe polish was to protect the leather and caking it on did the job and spit shining took away from time at the beer garden. Good old days at Indian Town Gap.
So you may be able to skip some ROTC classes.

No, which Army program, not which college. There are three ROTC routes, Active Duty Option, Scholarship, and Non-Scholarship

SSG (Join to see) you have to look in that year's ADO message to see who is eligible. The other two routes are just separated immediately so there's no issue. Usually I'd say that you're being presumptuous expecting to be one of the 400+ people selected a year, but you're what they are looking for, a combat arms NCO coming off the trail. As long as you've kept at least a 3.5 GPA for your first two years of college you should be very competitive.
You can look at this year's MILPER announcing the ADO, next year's will almost certainly mirror it exactly for who can apply.
