There's the Army's Driver and Mechanic Badge (see para 8-20 of AR 600-8-22*). However, it's not a case of "good driving without incident", there are specific eligibility requirements:
● Be assigned as the driver or assistant driver of a government vehicle
● 1 year or at least 8,000 miles with accident or traffic violation
If you want to recognize someone who doesn't meet the criteria, you can always do a certificate and present it in front of formation/group/class/etc.

SSG Carlos Madden - Not that I'm still mildly bitter about it....along with my missing CAB from Iraq. But, that's another bitterness for another day.

I feel for you. When I went to Iraq on special assignment, I went as an individual and worked with different units. Before I went, I was told not to expect any awards including CABs. They were right. The only thing I got was the Iraq campaign medal and the SSI-FWTS.
As for the driver's badge, I received mine earlier in my career. As an 88Z, driving instructor, and team NCOIC of an OC/T transportation team, my final act before retirement was to recommend a driver's award for those MOB 'ed and active duty on my team and from other teams that I had supervised during our various missions over the past year. The BN CDR agreed to sign off on it. However, in an act of spite, the S1 NCOIC managed to torpedo the awards since I refused to recommend him for an award (He never went on a mission, and I never supervised him).

If not the driver's badge, write up a good paragraph and submit for an AAM.
