Where can I find a study guide for the Sustainment Learning Assessment course phase II of LG CCC?

Hello All, I am looking for some assistance in locating a study guide for Sustainment Learning Assessment course phase II of LG CCC. I have not found the module helpful to learn from. I have also tried Course Hero and it is not an option.
