My VA claim went from Prep for Decision back to Review of Evidence. Does this mean that they proposed a rating, and then changed their mind? I did submit another DBQ recently, so I was thinking that may be the reason. My claim has 4 claims combined on it, 3 new, and 1 increase. And all were recently filed, and had no new C&P. Would they rate without a new C&P, or does it look like a denial?

My initial claim was in prep for decision. I submitted a claim for temp 100% for convalescent from a service connected surgery for scars.
This claim was combined with my initial claim and was sent back to review of evidence.

I realize this is a very old thread; but, how did it go?

Mine did the same thing, it was because they sent me some release form that I had to sign, scan & upload, its a good sign, it means its moving and someones looking it over.

I get nowhere when I call the 800 number, and they haven't contacted me at all.
