You should repost this question and provide more detail if you want to get an answer from people on the boards. For what is the waiver being requested? Initial entry? To reclassify? Something else?

SPC Julian Monroe - You should be able to add supporting information into the "details" section when initially creating the question. Please check out the image to see where you'd add those details. Make a succinct question, and then add the clarifying details. That way, you won't feel the need to jam everything into the main title. I'll check it out and wordsmith it if your main question needs to be adjusted.
