What are the chances of a person being able to reenlist with a 3E re-entry code?

I'm not sure what branch you are looking into. I am in the process of reenlisting with a Re code 3. Slightly different but if you find a recruiter willing to work it is possible. Also depends on your separation code. I know the army right now is allowing waivers that in the past would have been turned away. It's always worth a shot. Good luck brother.

Depends on the separation code. Mine was for a personality disorder, which is waiverable, but no one is willing to work with me to do it.

You must contact recruiter. Google the code and see what it says. Also check dd 214 SPD Code
