With the draw down of troops the aviation branch is re-arranging. We lost the OH-58 and two MOS's. In the near future the 15F/N/Y will be transitioning to 15L40. What does the future call for the 15K? Are they going to lose positions to the 15L? Are the positions out there that call for only a 15K? With the recent SFC board with 0 promotions to 15K due to being over strengthed. Does the HRC account for retirees during the board proceedings?
