Just got word today, my request for regimental affiliation cannot be approved due to the unit I am trying to be affiliated with is not in EDAS. The unit I am requesting for is the 12 Aviation Brigade. Is there anything I can do about this? Suggestions?

I suspect part of your problem is that soldiers affiliate with regiments, not brigades. There's a difference. <br>

<p>SSG McIntosh,</p><p> .</p><p>SFC Callan is correct - you affiliate with the regiments that are listed in the regulation mentioned by CPT AuBuchon (AR 600-82).</p><p>.</p><p>You must pick one of those regiments in Table 7-6.</p><p>.</p><p>There was a previous thread on Regimental Affiliation that really deep-dived into the ins/outs of how this is done.</p>
