Do you think the SRB bonus tier 7 change for 35T when the new MILPER message come out?

Unfortunately changes to the SRB program are hard to predict. They are based on future strengths by MOS and rank

The bonuses usually stay in effect 2-4 weeks after they're announced, so you should have time to reenlist under the old bonus. Besides it may be months before HRC announces a new bonus change.
