How are the lifestyle, AIT difficulty, deployment rates, etc., in the 94R MOS?

Can anyone provide information on 94R mos? How is the lifestyle, AIT difficulty, deployment rates, etc. I am trying to reclass to 94R and can barely find any information about the MOS (besides low promotions and back shop). Additionally, I am vivid red and green color deficient (book test failed, lanterned passed), will I need a color vision waiver in order to reclass to normal color vision mos'? I have heard two different sides, some saying reclass is less strict than the initial contract when it comes to color vision.
