I have 20% VA disability and going to nursing school. 10% of my disability is PTSD. Will this also keep me from becoming an officer in the military because of that?

If you are an active member of the Active or Reserve Army you will have to forego your VA entitlements. You will also need a medical read to clear you for a commission and secret clearance before being accepted for a commission as an Army Nurse. Have you spoken with ROTC? They offer scholarships for nursing students.

Then I would look at a Direct Appointment after you finish your BSN, pass the NCLEX and have two years work experience. The age cut off for a Direct Commission is before your 42nd Birthday.
