Basic Combat Training (BCT)
After i injured my knee in BCT i spent a year as a holdover at the company going to physical training and ended up goin to a rehab unit where i reinjuring my knee and was givin a honorable discharge. Its been seven months since i was discharged, if i was to reenlist would i have to start over with MEPS and BCT training?

Before you talk to a recruiter make darned sure that your knee is healthy. Talk to your orthopedic doctor about it and if there is any doubt about your knee, don't try to reenlist. If your doctor thinks it will be OK, then talk to a recruiter. You'll have an uphill battle and you will need a waiver. A waiver isn't guaranteed even if your doctor says that your knee is healthy. It will all depend on the MEPS doctors. Good luck.
A year and some over a knee injury? What kind of knee injury did you sustain? Honestly if you can’t deploy because of your knee than I wouldn’t even join. You would be a liability more than an asset. Army is going with the “Deploy or Get Out” policies now. If your knee of permanently messed up than sorry. Your a no-go.
Since you didn't complete Basic, you have to go again. Since you're a civilian, you have to go through MEPS, just like any other civilian. Before moving forward, do 300 jumping jacks, every day for a week,, as soon as you get up in the morning. Gotta make sure that knee will hold up out there.
