I have the option to reclass into 31B after I return home from deployment.
How long is reclass? I've received different answers, some saying you join with the new recruits at OSUT after they're done with BCT, and I've heard it's 2 weeks. More so on the latter.
Any info is appreciated!

Both answers are correct. I don't know how the Army decides what class to send you to.

If your reserve or national guard, you'll most likely head to Ft. Hunter Liggett California for reclass training as a 31B, 31E is still Ft. Knox KY but that's changing. It's about a month in length I believe and is pretty solid training in that short span of time.

You will join 31B AIT with a company of OSUT that just completed basic, we called u inserts (reclass soldiers).it will be approximately 2 1/2 months. Which will include MP training dealing with Law Enforcement and tactical MP training. If u are in barracks w soldiers, don't attempt to change how they are doing things, remember they have been together for 8 wks straight.
