Can you be waived to attend military schooling through DCS g-3/5/7 as per AR 600-8-2 Chapter 3-1 (7)f?

From just having a MA flag for being placed under investigation and not doing any misconduct that caused the flag?
If so, how does one submit this type of waiver?

You may not attend military school or PCS while flagged for an investigation.
Could it be waived? Sure, almost anything could he waived with a high enough approval. But, why would it be waived? What about you or your situation is so unique or pressing that it hadn't been considered when the policy was created? There is no reason that a General is going to personally request an exception to that policy for you. When your investigation clears you will he slotted for another class date

Understood SFC, whichever the case may be no, I'm not saying that I am better or deserve this more then any other SM in the Military. Sure there was probably infinite amounts of people before me. The point of the question was to gain knowledge and information. As I appreciate the direct and up front comment. I will still try as I am allowed to do so. Thank you again for your comment.

SPC(P) (Join to see) no, you're not allowed to do so. What I am saying is that almost anything in the Army can be waived with a high enough General behind it. There is no provision to allow you to request a waiver for it. Now, if every commander from your PL through your Commanding General pushed for this then maybe the US Army Sergeants Major Academy Commandant would personally grant an exception to you. But, since they have the power to remove your flag that's not likely to happen

Any time you are under investigation you get a flag, that is to alert others that you need to stay put until the investigation is over. Most of the time investigations are closed and the flags removed, but there are others times that is not.

Understood SGM, the reason for the question is the school is BLC and it is virtual meaning there is no leaving at all. My unit and myself is just trying to find this waiver, so that I may continue attending the course. This was brought randomly to me as I was already enrolled in the school.

When under an investigation, you are Flagged. Flags stop all Favorable Actions. This includes schools, whether they be resident or virtual. AR 600-8-2 is your source. But, to answer a question, yes you can be waived....but the request has to go all the way up to DCS, G–3/5/7 (DAMO–TR). Again, the source is AR 600-8-2, section 3-1, subsection F.
