I took a survey and my audience chose business practices games to learn and build COE as an inclusive, interactive and integrated module within the Organization, where each and every stakeholder is a role player. Management has oversight of the games from the Veranda, from where it can guide and coach junior leaders.

Yes, with the debriefs serving as the key. Candid observations, learning, and application if the insight makes it powerful...including coaching the coaches on the Veranda.
