I'm considering coming back into the TPU Reserves after a year in the IRR and applying for WOCS. I know I can leverage my federal civilian experience and accomplishments on the Resume form, but is there a way to attach my official evaluations in the same document stack as my NCOERs? My civvie job has a lot of crossover with my enlisted MOS.
Thanks in advance for answers!

There's a civilian employment section on the warrant Officer resume form.

Roger that sir, saw that, and it looks like free-form text entry. But what I'm gathering is that there is no way to officially attach my agency's forms to the packet?

SGT Justin Chiang - Sure you can, just add them like adding any other form. I added an extra LoR I received from a MG, and certs from schools that weren't on my ERB.

From the Guard side, I 100% qualified using my civilian experience. I simply used my annual reviews and a letters of recommendation from my supervisor and attached with my military resume.

Put whatever certs you feel will benefit you in your packet in the appropriate spot. Especially if they are MOS related. Can’t hurt
