63T/45T
Came as a 63T Bradley Mechanic. Spent 1day inprocessing and was sent straight to the 7th ATC Vilsek Germany for 45T Bradley Fighting Vehicle Turret system specialist. After returning to Squadron Maint I made it thru the first QService in the Fall of 85 and it was discovered I had some college and could type. Spent the next 2 1/2 yrs doing the squadrons Dailey weekly and monthly Deadline reports.I was assigned an M88 and went through combat vehicle battlefield recovery school and combat lifesaving certification. Was issued A .45 caliber GreaseGun and aM1911 along with a portable typewriter in order to compile out Deadline reports and get to the SCO while in the Field or on Alert. Also was the 2/11th ACR 1986 Boeslager competition team support Mechanic. Absolutey the best 3 yrs of my life!
