I am a Military Admission Rep for Wyoming Technical College - WyoTech servicing Military and Veterans in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. I have 18 years of recruiting experience and 25 years of Military experience. I am a project coordinator, safety expert and trainer with 30 years experience. I have Masters Degree in Education and taught public school and worked at the school board.

Recruiting and Retention Command | Fort Johnson, LA

I directly supervised and executed recruiting operations. I advised the commander on Soldier matters to include: leave, awards, duty positions, developmental training, welfare and recreational activities, human relations, equal opportunity, and alcohol and drug abuse concerns. I coordinated unit administration to include submission of required reports, vehicular support, promotions, discipline and required supply functions. I provided council and guidance to subordinate personnel. I was responsibile for evaluating centers and recruiting functions. I Implemented the company’s recruiting operation plan by directing the Training, Evaluation and Production of the command centers.
