Utilizing the skills and disciplines learned in the military has allowed me to transition from developer to management. The ability to manage people in an environment where 'quitting' is not an option forced me to learn to resolve issues in productive and creative ways which has been a powerful management tool ever since.

During deployment of the 82nd to Saudi Arabia for Desert Shield, cross trained riggers were called up to fill slots in the Headquarters company. Deployed as Class I supply.
